mixed feelings about this hotel
slow servicelimited options
the breakfast arrangement was QUITE poor. i had to walk to an external eatery, the service there was slow. the food quality was below expectations. the limited options and fixed menu felt restrictive, it did NOT cater to diverse tastes.

the location had a BTS station close. staff was very friendly to me. they helped me with directions and always had a smile, a really good trait.
the wifi was not strong. i wanted to stream a film but it buffers a lot. there were no cooking utensils, so i could not prepare a meal in room.

i appreciated the free room upgrade to the 24th floor. it featured excellent views from the large balcony. the bed was very comfortable and the space was very clean. the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth.
The room had some marks on the walls. A little maintenance could help.

The swimming pool had nice city view. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants. It was easy to find something to eat. The BTS station is nearby too.

upon arrival, i was given different rooms than what i booked since my room was not cleaned. this happened even though i arrived well after check in time.

The location near the train station was so convenient. I could easily explore different parts of the area. My spacious room had a separate living area, so it provided more space for relaxation. the hotel's cleanliness was really good!
The gym equipment looked a bit old. I think a refresh would really improve the fitness experience.

the staff provided excellent service and were always available to assist with any requests i had. the location was perfect because it allowed easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. the apartment was spacious and well equipped.
some minor wear and tear was visible in the bathroom fixtures.
